I am retro-listening to this album. I was introduced to JC from JC9. I am enjoying this album. It would appear at every epoch a zenith is reached! This may have been it during Mthunzi’s Directorship. I love JC 15 with what seems to have been one of Nqubeko’s last stints as Director! That in my view was his Zenith. JC is now more glamorous. I query if it still has the same soul! Oh for that flame of living fire, umlilo wasendulo! The things of God do not morph and change! I wish there could be a reckoning within JC to find this soul without necessarily losing the glamour that has come with their status as a household name!
