Tip #6: Make sure to turn off Efficient Miner in your HOTM Tree, your pristine actually doesn't get affected by the extra blocks broken so turning it off leaves you with more chances to get pristine in your route!
Not to be that guy but some ruby sweats can mine infinitely with efficient miner which will marginally increase your rates

How can you only have like 80 subs? This video was simple but yet really usefull and entertaining. Got yourself a sub man, keep up the good work.
Precision mining might be bad with higher ping because it takes time for the gemstone to dissappear before you start mining the next one. So if you notice this you should switch to mining in such a way that you dont mine in one direction for more than 1 blocks. Also with really high ping you can stop breaking the block a little earlier and move onto the next one because due to your ping hypixel thinks you're still breaking the first block, therefor making you be able to mine 2 blocks at the same time
as for your tactical mining point, it doesn't always apply, even with jade. this is for multiple reasons.
1.) panes have a lower block strength, meaning a significant amount of the time your mining speed is such that you can mine the panes 1 tick faster than the blocks. especially as you near a max setup, saving 1 tick is a big difference.
2.) base yield becomes less and less important the more mining fortune you have.
3.) in real life mining, blocks are behind panes or you break fewer blocks moving around more or moving your cursor more. it is often almost as fast to break a pane and then a block than to move around the pane to break just the block. this becomes more and more true as mining speed increases.
1.) although it is lower, in vast majority of cases you will be mining at the same tick speed for both panes and glass blocks (I’m sure this point is valid if you are perfectly optimized but for majority it won’t be that different)
2.) Yes but more is still more
3.) I agree with this point, all I was trying to say was focus on mining more blocks than panes in general. You will have to mine panes in order to fill time since often you may complete the route before it regenerates by skipping all panes. You should be aiming to combine tips 4 and 5.

Thanks for the suggestion, though there wouldn’t be much to talk about. You kind of just, mine it out and place cobblestone platforms so you can reach the whole vein. Also try to make the route loop back to the start.
5:00 A lot of good Ruby miners actually first mine out all full glass blocks, then use a bob-omb to permanently destroy the glass panes. That way you don’t need to ever worry about them again.

Hey man right now i have full jaded divan with 3 chambers each piece and flawless gems. I also have a leg bal and a pretty good gemstone gauntlet. Currently i am powder mining but i dont know till how much powder i should grind. So do you know or can you give me tips?
The more the merrier, most people will tell you 4m/4m, but for me 4m/3.5m is sufficient. I would also get POTM lvl 6 because it will pay off pretty quick. Hope this helps!
4m mithril powder so you can max mining fortune and speed 1 and fortunate if you want to you can go for more to get seasoned mineman and efficient miner for clearing. For gemstone powder just take what you have after minibg to 4m mithril powder anddo your daily commisions on 2x powder after that
Just go to 4m mithril powder. By then you’ll have at least 4-5m gemstone powder too which will be sufficient.

Tip 4 is wrong, its faster to move your mouse a little before you break the block to avoid ping issues

Skytils, the feature is called "Larger Heads". I have mine set to 1.19
I have sorrow with full flawless topaz, gauntlet with perfect topaz and pristine 5, bal pet lv 80, and only make ab 4 mil an hour ruby mining. wat the hell

Hey man I recently got finished in skyblock because of my very smart 9 year old brother downloading free sbe, do u honestly think it’s worth getting all the powder and hotm to mine? Bec tbf ngl I’m tryna grind till 200m to get a decent dungeon setup atleast and mining seems like the only viable option to me now
If your goal is strictly progression, mining would be the fastest way to get to where you are trying to head (as proven by 15h and yarns).
@@SpotablePlayer well I’m hotm 3 with little to no powder and thinking to put my work in my hotm and powder , most probably I’ll only be able to afford sorrow and gauntlet , my main goal is to grind atleast 200m so I can buy juju and necron for dungeons

im new to gemstone mining and barely have any money (8m) is a gemstone drill with full yog armour good?
An 8m budget isnt too much so your rates will be pretty low. That being said, it would be worth getting the gear you stated to test because 8m isnt that much and could still yield lets say 5m/h (depends on your powder and gems). You may have more success making money mining end nodes or doing arachne.

I have about 8k mining speed 2.2k mining fortune max setup other then divan drill with 4m 4m powder and only making about 19m an hour, I feel thats wrong

But what if high ping? (~200ms) is it still worth it to go for divan’s drill or consider mining for gemstone at all? Because I still end up making less than people with lower ping than me
It’s still worth, however it might be in your best interest to do armadillo mining instead since it isn’t ping dependant.
@@SpotablePlayer not really you will have to spawn armadillo and press shift over and over to teleport it to you all of this takes along time with high ping even thought i get 450 or more ping in the day time so i don't really know about what 200~ ping is like
What's the deal with the 4M mithril and gemstone powders, no one has gone over the significance of that.
More powder = more levels of perks in HOTM tree. Generally 4m each is a good level to get the necessary perks to a solid level.

Ok so I usually jade mine because by the time I set up a ruby route I either get dced or I get griefed. So do you think I should stick to jade mining or just ruby mine instead?
Honestly I can't say for sure, yesterday I lost 5 lobbies which was really annoying. Depends on how much willpower you have. Maybe in the future I can make a test of my own but it would be your call depending on how reliable your wifi is and how willing you are to mine out routes.
if youre always getting griefed, maybe try finding a ruby spot that's further away from the nucleus so it's harder to find
I think that was just unlucky, because in my 250m gemstone collection I’ve never been bombed, only once a guy mined my route

Yes its still good. The reason high ping is bad for gemstone mining is because the fuel value on the drill sometimes updates late causing the mining action to stop. If you are using a gemstone gauntlet high ping wont really impact you. A x655 will still be better than a gemstone gauntlet, just less so.
i have 200 ping with a maxed setup and 12m powder, except divan's drill, i make 20m/h ruby mining

I can't get more than 25m/hr because of this
25m an hour is still very good for high ping

@@86hrs33 divan's drill and armor, 3 pets with quick claw, 4 epic equipements all recomb with glistening and 18 base mf as base equipement stats, fully maxed tree for fortune, the pristine talisman with 7 perfects and recomb, and all jade are perfect with full recomb setup
all I can do is to star every equipement that I didn't star

I mine at the 500 400 route, with 25 veins in the route, and i can completely ignore the glass panes from vein 1 to 14 and still have infinite mining, this is with a maxed setup besides divan's drill and efficiency 10

You should totally save up for a Divan’s drill if you plan on mining more, the thing just keeps going up like Hyperion

Why am I only making 16m/hr ruby mining. Would help if anyone could give me points. My ign is Ragingnov44 and my pig is 100-120
Aside from minor upgrades (mineral talisman, quick claw on bal, recombobulated artifact of power, mining 60 etc) your setup is pretty good. Apply the tips in the video, should get you a lot higher. Make sure to etherwarp between platforms. Hope this helps.
