You'll meet several new wolves, each with its unique look and habitat. There's the Pale Wolf, the classic wolf you're familiar with, now roaming the taiga biome. Other wolves like the Spotted, Snowy, Striped, Rusty, Chestnut, Ashen, and Black Wolves each have their own special textures and live in specific places like savannas, groves, and various taigas.
One exciting addition is wolf armor, crafted using armadillo scoots. This armor provides protection for your wolf friends and can be dyed in different colors. It's not just protective; it also shows wear and tear as it loses durability and can be repaired using more armadillo scoots.
And let's not forget about the armadillos! These new creatures find their home in savannas and badlands. When threatened, armadillos roll into a ball to shield themselves, reducing damage taken. You can collect armadillo scoots with a brush tool, crucial for crafting that helpful wolf armor.
