- whats up weldlab fam today I fabricated a pallet jack ramp for Eado Vodka
it was taking to long to use the forklift in and out his store so he decided it will be better to get a ramp build to use the pallet jack .

Good luck man !! Some advice. Order %20 more materials so you don't have to stretch what you got. And bill for it remember you will always have waste the goal is to make the waste into useable remnants for another job are the current job always do your best with your cuts. Those looked horrible. I made the same comment before I saw yours. Most of the time, I order extra and if I don’t need it I’ll use it up somewhere else and charge them too.
I understand cutting tube diagonally but not all that extra cutting that could have been avoided.
My favorite saying is “give a lazy man a job and he will (show) you how to do it”. I am far from lazy and always looking to make my life easier.
Even the small projects bring us along im trying to crawl right now.

I think I seen you at L.B.J. hospital about 2 months ago. I wasn't really sure if it was you. I was trying to go through the wrong door & had to walk around the front. The face looked real familiar but I couldn't place it at that moment .

I appreciate the fabrication video but disappointed by no installation footage. Before I bid work, I make a working drawing- detailing the material needed for job. I would only do All that extra cutting if I messed up and didn’t have enough. You can’t go wrong ordering a little extra, you can always use it on the next one and, you charge that guy for it also. Peace.
I think you would have more support if the "U" channel and the "L" angel were flipped with the flat side up.

Is your lens you use auto dark? Where do you buy lens and what shade do you use
Use the darkest shade you can see with.
Shade 10-11. HD auto darkening. Many portions out there
