If you're still doing janky boss monsters, then I would suggest the Paradox Brother's Gate Guardian from DM/GX versus Greiger's Reactor deck from 5D's. Two archetypes that require three monsters on the field to summon a disappointing boss monster.
I think it's my elemental hero chaos neos - ghost rarity. It's mint and I've never played it since the day I pulled it out of a pack. But that's mainly because the neos deck I built sucked. I've never appraised any of my cards, but I think that's the one with the most value.
