Ego is a killer if you let your pride control you when someone criticizes something you think is perfect. People who can take the criticism and use it to improve themselves are the ones who stick around and make a name for themselves usually.

Personally, I think it's way recommendable to stick with developmental training until you make something that really works out, and by that I mean that it works out really well, not just some small things, but big things, ring performance, mic skills, you name it. That's why I loved when Breeze and Corbin came back to NXT, they're already good wrestlers, but they need/ed to work some things out. Breeze never came back to wrestling and I miss him, but Corbin damn, he's doing some great stuff in NXT currently. Of course like cases like AJ Styles and Luke and Karl they didn't needed, they build all that quality out from WWE

I loved the Kevin Thorne gimmick, would have worked better if they hired Gangrel and had him on tv. I think that it's lame that Mordecai's push got the plug pulled. At least not as bad as Vance, who only did vignettes and never debuted.
In fact the original plan was for Thorn to have Gangrel as his manager, but for one reason or another it got scrapped (likely Vince had zero interest in paying White Wolf inc. to use Gangrel's name).

Her match with Alexa Bliss at 2021’s SummerSlam pay per view was one of the absolute *WORST* matches I’ve ever seen in my life. It was so offensive and disrespectful that I gave the match a whopping minus five stars. It was a slap in the face to deserving names at the time like Finn Bálor, Liv Morgan, amongst others. And I felt very guilty for Alexa for what she had to go through at the time, considering that Alexa is beloved and respected by the majority of her peers and her supporters.

Maybe Jackie's not included because she wasn't "sent back" and immediately appeared from Tough Enough. I always hated that Kronik were sent down. Sending veterans like Crush & Adam Bomb (Kronik) to developement is questionable. The reason they had a weak match might very well be anything other than inexpierience.
Eva may have been thrown into the deep end right away but when she came back last year she was still terrible and she had all the time for proper training so nothing can forgive that
