im not an irelia main but like playing her. i think move speed is pretty good on her early. in your situation theres a point to not buy boots but its still better to do so. i think you often delay boots (not sure) and theres many ppl doing it but i have to disagree for normal reasons to many advantages with boots...
Akali was right when she not come to help baroon as she made pressure to the enamy to kill her and give you chance to get baron easly nice akali player👏♥️

@@deathnote939393 yep, her w is great against highly damageinput, BUT her w is more than this. In early game you can hit minions with your fully charged w to use your q after for dodging/mobility and a reset. Its also a great finisher for diving. Never use w carelessly.

I think her W is more like a defensive ability. If no damage is flying towards you it's not worth to use it i guess or not necessary.
