    Very nice Challenger flight. I learned to fly in a Challenger 2 (ILVB) . It was a wonderful experience and I still love flying the challenger. It is a lot of fun.

    When your 2 cycle engine quits running which there is no doubt it will quit I hope the lord helps you land safely. It gets real quiet after the noise from the engine stops and you start your glide back to earth.

    Looks great but you may want to do something about the fuse box being potentially exposed to water leaking around the cover.

    Where can I get a set of droop tips like those?

    Did you cut that opening in the nose cone? Where did you get the material for that? I seen it on one video but that was a bit ago and I am not to good at remembering. My wife says I have an amazing memory, it’s just really short.

    So this might be a dumb question but if someone came down from say 8000ft to land with a 2 stroke I take it you don’t have to worry about Carb icing? Thanks in advance, John EDIT: new sub here. I am going to look at a really nice Challenger 2 on Tuesday, it’s got a 582, only 5 hours on rebuilt engine. Come with Puddle jumper Floats and Skis.

    Nice job! Man, I always hated the statement "okay lets rotate" Rotate? rotate what? you never rotate crap, you pitch you climb, pull back, deflect. I know it's technically rotating your center or something to that affect. Still sounds gay.... not that there is anything wrong with that

    • @dirtbikechopper2012
      @dirtbikechopper2012 5 лет назад

      Yu can`t think everything relates to gay sex...rotation is the speed at which the aircraft is moving fast enough to fly, so the pilot "rotates" the aircraft so the wings have a better angle of attack into the wind....and that`s only for tricycle gear aircraft...taildraggers would "fly the tail", or simply keep all three wheels on the ground and make a three point take-off.

      @@dirtbikechopper2012 ..when you doin' something behind closed doors, your conscience will compel you to state it in the most innocuous of circumstances....Kinda like the "Art of Misdirections"....

    • @ToyManFlyer1100
      @ToyManFlyer1100 5 лет назад +2

      @@dirtbikechopper2012 ..Also, people have been "rotating" planes for centuries...Usually its when you are taking off, and "pitching" is typically when you are "in flyte", not on your ground roll...

    • @windchase342
      @windchase342 5 лет назад +2

      Obviously you are new to aviation.....”rotate” (Vr) is the standard callout.
