    Some advice for the fence line with the trees and bushes. Ive had clients ask me to do stuff like that i always tell them it will be 10x cheaper to have me come out march clean it up and maintain the look year round. To do it after everything grows in is just being ignorant to the fact it can get out of control quick if unmaintained.
    Nice job tho im jealous those are simply the best jobs.

    Only thing that could come back to bite you on this is the bi-weekly thing. If you catch a really rainy period, it could get tall and wet and then you are in trouble.

    How strict is your area on spraying weed control chemicals? I use to maintain some properties like that and that fence really needs to be sprayed to keep the grass, weeds, trees... ect from growing all up in it.

    • @briandewolfe22
      @briandewolfe22 Месяц назад +1

      You need to file lots of paperwork and have a license to spray. It’s just not worth the hassle for me so I have a partner that owns his own weed control business he does all my properties for me.

    I am just starting out how did you come up with your dollar amount?

    • @briandewolfe22
      @briandewolfe22 Месяц назад +1

      So it’s different with everyone, you have to sit down and weight down all your exspences for ruining the business… gas, maintenance, etc after you figure out that number then you need to set an hour rate and stick to it. So for instance I need 80$ an hour to be successful and also not price gouging my clients. But you may be different depending on your bills.
