@@sandersho4008 I hope they use him again because he nailed that classic badass aesthetic I love about McFarlane Toys. Even if it had no paint wash, the sculpt has so much character. Can't wait to get mine.

This is perfect honestly, everything i would want from a possible violator. I can not wake for a maga figure for Omega Spawn, also Overtkill, Tremor, Malebolgia, and Cygore. But mostly Omega Spawn, i am most excited for figures we have not gotten before. That would actually make the figures more wanted by both new and older collectors.
I can't wait to see Omega in a plastic form as well. So many old characters that would be great to get these kind of figures w/ but def cool to see the characters that they werent making figures of after 2012 til now. also cannot wait for the other image guys like the Maxx and Savage dragon or more Capullo characters and Haunt . So many good characters
He did a new cygor about a year or so ago u can find them at walmart... super cheaply made tho. Nothing compared to the first big box figure cygore 2

I go into a Target today, hunting for Neca restocks, and I see this guy. I couldn't resist, and he is FUCKING AWESOME. He's gonna go right by my Commando Spawn.

This thing is perfect, only thing I would have wanted him to have is bicep swivel too. For sure getting two Violators, beautiful figure.
I can’t say for certain, seems to be hinted at, but there may be a variant for him as well, if you wanted two different ones
@@ToyShiz Dude I'm invested, this is the Spawn line I've been wanting for since I was a kid. I grew up in the Marvel legends toybiz Era when they started adding crazy awesome articulation so I'm definitely going to support this Spawn Universe line to show Todd there's a crowd that has wanted this forever and that is for sure going to love this. His amazing art style with articulation is a dream come true. Also this Violator figure looks like it's going to eat and destroy all my other figures on my shelf once I get him on there with em lol thanks for this early review too I'm really hyped now.

I'm one of those who only had one figure back in the '90s, the movie Attack Spawn. And it's great, I had to go and rebuy it a few months ago after I started collecting again. I can't tell you how happy I am that McFarlane has kept going and I am now able to buy really really great figures now that I've rekindled my fandom of the art form.

I agree with the change in his look. Its not a total redo of his look,but its a new take. It might just be me,but i miss his bigger eyes rather then the small eyes

It cost me a lot but i did preordered him... Ive got to admit that I'm still not used to seeing the violator this juiced up but i think once i have him in hand, I'll appreciate the amount of details on him in his new juiced up body . I still think he isn't painted in the traditional color schemes he was depicted in the comics but maybe i just have to get used to him being painted in brown, beige and not just grey. Anyways fingers crossed that whenever they decide to make the kickstarter Spawn Masterworks version of Overtkill and the Tremor they will be equally tall, highly detailed and beautifully painted. Great job on your unboxing and review video as always. As far as the Spawn universe figures goes I'm hoping they produce a Nightmare Spawn since i was never able to find one. Also wish that Mcfarlane toys would consider making those amazing epic looking bases their figures would come with. Maybe they could be sold separately so we could have the option of either displaying the figs with the round black simple disk stands or for a added cost and a more eye-popping piece we could have a highly detailed base... God miss the old mcfarlane toys and their bases
I preordered a couple of these. I wasn’t a fan of the beefier look at first, but the sculptor did an amazing job, and Mcfarlane did a good job with paint. $50 is a bit pricey to me, but if that’s what it takes to get this level of quality, I’m willing to pay that. I hope they continue to produce more toys of this caliber, but that’ll depend on whether this one sells well enough.
Love this figure and will add his 'new' design feels like he's been hitting the gym with DoomsDay! He's Juiced!!!!!

Oh man, I remember having the big skinny movie Violator when I was younger. I wish I would have taken better care of it and kept it. But the chonk factor on this guy is crazy. He reminds me of The Pitt BAF from ToyBiz. Such 90s, much extra.

I love that you showed it along with the Capullo Violator w/ the heart. It's my fav sculpt out of all the violators. That entire wave 20 is pretty kick ass especially Overtkill and i liked his work a bit more than mcfarlanes at times . I loved him in the books and hbo show especially when he gets sent in pieces back to the bad guys.
Like a few others are saying it's GREAT just like Tony the Tiger used to say that these figures went to an actual reviewer that is an OG fan like the rest of us that were able to start in the 1st waves and never stopped liking them just because he only did the comic format after the rise of Image. Thanks again for another great review.

Perfect review my guy! You're absolutely right. This particular violator figure goes very well with mcfarlanes older lines of Spawn. I loved those figs as a kid even though there was not a lot of articulation. But the detail and paint was excellent at the time. This bad boy looks good lined up with those. Thank you for the review! I know for sure now I'll be picking this figure up.🔥💯

Oh man, kinda sad seeing all those Spawn figures I _used_ to have. At least I still have Malebolgia II. Being 41, what a perfect time it was being a teen collector when Spawn figures started coming out. Like you said, it was almost as if I was trying to not get caught with a "dirty" magazine or somethin' lol. And even crazier that they were sold at Toys 'R' Us. But it all started when I found 'em at a comic book store in '95. Moore Action Collectibles was another real special (albeit small) company I loved.

Classic violator is likely on the horizon via Kickstarter, Medievil is next than perhaps violator it's one of the original wave 1s for sure.
Moving forward this is the Violator we will be seeing very likely, he looks like he could be in Diablo 🥰

Yeah Hollywood lore goes that the movie kinda ran outta cash, so it had a rushed cgi ending and why malebolgia was cgi and not the planned puppet they had envisioned.

Dude, I'm hard of hearing. So, when I get home from a hard day of work, I like to take my hearing aids off and give my ears a rest. That is also the same time I sit down and watch toy reviews.
