About Parth
On 23rd May 2019, 5am, at the age of 24, I reached to the very top of Mount Everest fulfilling a 9 year long dream.
I started trekking since the age of 15 and since then I have completed over 800 treks across Sahyadri's and Himalayan mountain ranges. Moreover, I also work as a motivational speaker for various institutions.

Yes truly it happens what's bhavesh yuj my life protector says , agr yeh apne life experiences share ni krta toh Mai es Barr apne mental troma se bhar ni aa pati kyuki last time COVID mai 2020 mai sab kuch hua tha but Maine accept ni Kia toh maine kudh Mann lia ki mai mental hu aur mere parents ni mental treatment bhi mujhe dia kyuki muje aasa lagta tha ki ha sach Mai asa hai ki mai pagal hu but when I overcome with that situation i started my upsc examination preparation hai same happen in 2023 oct phir vo hi start ho gya phir se mai soche lagi ki yrr yeh mere sath hi kyu hora hai kyuki mujhe neend aani bandh ho gyi thi aur us time ko mai se sochti thi ki jab so para hai mai kyu nhi then started same mental treatment but when I connect with bhavesh yuj I can say him sir only toh last 2024 Jan to this time 4 Feb I can only say that it happens in what way you also don't how but happen because # bhavesh sir ... Life protector and ambassador of shiv for me .... Truth is even infinite ♾️♾️even it can't be explained in words when you feel deep it's all gone deeply

I want to connect Bhabesh ji how it happen
I have my Guru and I try to meditate but it’s still hard. My mind cannot go quiet.
Try to take a break anytime there is mind chatter when meditating. Tell your mind to keep quiet for 10 seconds first. Then 15 , then 20 etc. Go slow and don't try to shut down the chatter aggressively. The harder you go, the more it will emerge. Be gentle on yourself and know that the nature of mind is to drift so you're not doing anything wrong. Also, when meditating, focus on either the name only ( if it's naam japa), no image. Otherwis, imagine a burning candle and focus on the light that emits from the fire. I hope this helps. Good luck

Very good conversation. Loved most part of it. But your example of doing a PHD on a mango without eating it is false, because what do we mean by PHD? A person with a higher experience of a subject. Incase of a mango the basic has to be looking at a mango , touching & feeling it , eating it and going beyond it in case of a PHD. What is PHD if you have not eaten a mango. That is bad logic. I don't mean to insult you. Really respect your journey & achievements but this is a very shallow argument. Appears to be learnt from a modern day Guru not experience. Same problem with the younger generation that you have mentioned. To quick to jump into conclusions.Namaste.
