I had the same problem and did exactly the same 😂 however, as soon as those sleeves touched the water they didn’t stayed in place. I’m thinking in changing the whole pu line, it’s cheap and the replacement procedure is pretty much the same

Yeah, I hear you about replacing the PU line👍 Some people also suggested removing the plastic sleeve and leaving the inside line exposed.

I also had this element broken once and for me a better solution was to completely remove the plastic sleeve.

Yeah, I was also thinking about doing that but I do like personally those plastic sleeves covering the line (when they do not crack 😁).
