Imagine Sans finally starts his first attack and it's just a tiny bone that appears with a popping sound.
That's a concept that would actually fit in the Sans battle. Before he tries to deny you your turn, he tries to psych you out by making you wait for it. He's gonna attack at some point. But no telling when. You have to hold there, tense, waiting to dodge, and no idea when it's gonna drop.
Damn, that would be horrible...
