He is still there however, and with a few new players they have now won 23 out of 23, a feat no club have ever done before. They play with a clear plan, players a happy again and they are a joy to watch. So yeah..she might work out fine and she is more experienced now, but I am very sceptical about her in the long run.

Signed amazing players Kafaji, Blackstenius, Pelova, Russo, Cooney Cross... What is really wrong with people? A Very smart coach. Just needed to make some minor tactical changes and you a squad good enough to conquer Europe. Pressure is normal for everyone working in a top job. More Grace to stay in the job for some more time. Go for a top class manager. #COYG
Jonas seemed like a proper bloke but he was head coach for 4 years. The players weren't playing for him anymore and seemed to not have defined roles. Why don't we have pacy wingers, what do we want Russo to be positionally? Why are are young starlets being abandoned/mistreated (Gio, Kuhl, etc etc)? Why was Lacasse/Viv/Nobbs so adamant about leaving? Why don't we have an aerial monster in the back, why are we so poor at defending? Why do seem to mess up the basics...that has to be down to training/accountability? He's not the sole issue but there definitely needs to be some house cleaning throughout the organization, we are the biggest and most successful ladies club in England and need to act like it. I think we recruited badly and have no clear philosophy. What does Claire Wheatley even do? How come she doesn't come out and speak like Edu does for the men? The squad is going to have to go through a major rebuild soon so best to do under a manager and development manager with clear ideas and philosophy. Allowing g good players to leave for free. The trophies peppered over the tracks. Good riddance so we can start again to rebuild.
I'm a fan of the women's football but what kind of training is this. They should train the women the same way they train the men and who can't keep up don't play simple. That goes for all the women footballers around the world.

A very smart coach will not allow our best player go to a rival team for FREE. She is doing well for them there now
