Let's say I have a video editor. When he signs in to a mini p c, I want him to run davinci resolve from the server and stream it over to the mini p c. If the accountant sits at the same computer and signs in, her desktop will have accounting software......Is what i'm asking for possible without simply remoting into a virtual machine?

I assume it stands for domain controller one. It is a common naming scheme for home labs. Dc1, Dc2, Pc1, Pc2, etc.
