I feel you have focused only on finishing part, but the concept of basic architecture is missing. 1) you have not provided separate entry for drawing room, each time any guest comes to your house, you have to make him come from lobby/dining area that too in front of open kitchen. 2) Dining area does not have any basin for hand wash, each time before/after any meal for hand wash one will have to go to washroom. 3) There is provision for common washroom, so each time any guest wishes to use washroom, he/she will go through bedroom, so loss of Privacy. Very poor architecture, you have spent money only on polishing.
