It was truly a magical moment when the entire BHS came together to sing in harmony. Glad I got to be apart of something great!

Been a part of the barbershop community for over 50 years but haven’t actively participated due to physical limitations for more than 20 - and this was one of the most beautiful, poignant moments in my BBS history. It actually brought tears. Thanks VM and ALL the competitors for this great swan song.

Check out the original. This is cute, but nothing on the Oscar Peterson version...

I would HIGHLY recommend interested people to check out Oscar's performances of this song. Absolutely beautiful, and you can feel the greater message it conveys through his playing. It's on his famous Night Train album in Bb, and there's also a popular RUclips video of him playing it live in Europe in the key of F.

Oscar Peterson was an extremely special pianist. His performances are IMHO a thing apart. This version is something different, but related. It is also special. Blessed be :-)

Wow! Thank you Barbershop Harmony Society. First I heard this. Had the great thrill of performing in front of Oscar Peterson's wife and daughter a few years ago at a jazz festival in Ontario, Canada and met them briefly after the show chatting about Oscar and music in general today. They would have really loved this rendition. Well done!!

Just flexing on us with those knot tying skills. My personal favorite is the café knot, Eldredge is a tad big for my 5'1" self.

Sure miss the contribution I had with them from 2000-2008, losing ones employment and financial needs are a great disappointment in life.

I miss hearing my father singing in VM as I grew up in the 60s. So much fun. Having quartet practice at our house was fun too.
    I miss you Daddy🕊🎶
