Just exactly how fire resistant is this Polytech matterial??? Having been in a Brush unit that got overrun by a field fire, I wonder how much of my unit would be a melted blob??
Hi George. We get that question often. Our PolyTough bodies are very heat resistant. If the burn over is bad enough to affect the body, all of the tires, lighting and many other components of the truck will have already melted. In other words, you would have much bigger issues than the body being affected at that point.
