How do you use your body creams in the shower? Combined with a scrub?
At the end of showering I use it like in shower lotion all over and then rinse it off and I step out still smelling the scent , but that’s a good idea! You could use it with exfoliating gloves and scrub lightly 🙏🏽🩵

Your hair might be falling out because of too much protien, it can cause that, or hormonal issues or stress.
