These videos are always bittersweet for me because I didn't reveal my pregnancies to my family as some great surprise and got kind of emotionless reactions the second time around from everyone because they didn't know if I would miscarry my son as I did with my first pregnancy. And now, unfortunately, I have unexplainable acute congestive heart failure and I don't know if I'll ever be cleared to have another baby.
