Rachael, You are a Rock star! I’ve enjoyed watching you and getting your recipes for a few years now. This has to be one of my favorite videos. You make it look so easy, though I know it was a lot of work. I made Chocolate truffles several years ago as a surprise for my parents. It was fun, but definitely a didn’t have the pro-tips like you’ve shown here. Makes me want to try them again!
Thank you for this video! I've only made milk chocolate ganache a couple of times and luckily it turned out good, I didn't know the ratio was different 😲. I'm definitely going to add this to my top 10
Great information! Thank you! Could you please show us how to use chocolate ganache on a cream puff tower? Either with homemade cream puffs (scared) or frozen, purchased (like Costco) ones?
Heavy cream is the cream that is skimmed off of the milk from a cow. Heavy Cream and Whipping Cream simply have slight different % fat content. Both will work for ganache.
Thank you! I was always intimidated by making ganache and unsure if I’d make it too runny or too thick- but didn’t know the ratio so this is a lot of help!
