Tremendous interview! There were 2 CWard watches that I loved and put them on my radar in the last few years (their compressor and of course the bel canto). In my mind CW has risen in reputation greatly, and part of this perhaps because I was slow to see what they always were. I love their philosophy of horology and after seeing the release of the 12 I know with certainty the Ti version will be my first 2k watch and well worth it. I can't wait to have a CW in the collection couldn't be happier for the brand.
Handled some CWs at Windup NYC and was impressed. Been following their releases and have been more impressed. This interview seals the deal. Will own one ASAP! Great interview!
FACTS! Took me 4 emails and two weeks later for anyone to get back to me in order to receive a return slip. For reference, I’m a U.S. customer, so I could see timezone difference causing some issues, but not two week’s worth. CW makes a phenomenal product, don’t get me wrong. But the customer service is SEVERELY lacking…
@@dukes70 I ordered a titanium Twelve but I couldn’t track the order online and I couldn’t get any help from CW customer service, so I cancelled. I may get it in the future if CW ever takes customer service seriously.
Being schooled by great design is not the same as ripping off someone else's work like San Martin openly do. Some of the best music, art. design, tech and watches are influenced by those that came before. Get a CW in your hand and you will be surprised the fit and finish is as good as any watch sub 4k and better than some much more.
@@5amarillo5I’m with you - MF spouts so many superlatives and so often, it gets very boring indeed. He gets a small handful of people say that one of his watches is quite nice for the money, and he will brag about that for the next year or so., like he’s achieved world peace or cured cancer One of those people who thinks the more that he says something, the more it will become true. Unfortunately, many consumers are brainwashed by this marketing tactic, and he well knows that.

Love hearing Mike France talk about watch business
Great interview! Love it!
The industry reaction to the Bel Canto was “why is it so cheap?”
Hublot. That's got to be the brand with the huge markup 😂
The x34 mark-up he's talking about...must be the standard steel quartz Cartier Tank. Surely, right?
I like the nb sneakers 😊
Can we have a stainless with the chronometer movement ?
Can we have the Bel Canto with the dark blue, again?
Please?
Pretty please?
CW kicking massive goals
CW needs to invest in customer service. They’re alienating a lot of long time customers.

Been looking at their pieces a while now but this makes me hesitant to pull the trigger!

CW are showing how the Swiss watch market can be a ripoff
"Haute horology?" They are the British San Martin
