@@steffen-tm3so He might have come in through that hole you can see at 13:05 in the ceiling (the one the other guy dropped down), in which case he just mined next to the trap instead of using the ladders. He probably blocked up the ladders in hopes of easy obby trap since he did try that on fruit when he came down them.

14:10 he didn’t drink deus, there was no drinking sound effect and he was taking damage very slowly from suffocating, but not from your sword, that’s why you thought he drank deus. There was a lot of sharp particle effects but I think the server thought you were slightly too far away, so you only got particle effects but he wasn’t taking any sword damage.

@@fruitberries I think it was because you were hitting him at the same time he takes damage from suffocation, making them overlap causing him to take only the damage from suffocation, similar to what happens when damage overlaps when someone's on fire and they get hit at the same time they take fire damage

edit: I think the reason he played another game afterward is because he lost that game, and probably wanted some of his only Hypixel UHC videos to be good, but he then decided that they were both really good games (which they were, and I'm happy he decided to upload both of them).

This might be a stupid suggestion but it seems to take quite a lot of time to kill people when you have them trapped. You could connect dispensers with arrows on each smaller side to like a pressure plate that you stand on. It just might speed up the death idk
