Had an 8sinn cage for my gh6, installed a heavier monitor with a top handle on it and the cage flexed a crazy amount just tapping on the monitor screen. Purchased the wooden camera cage today, all cages need two mounting points.
Man, I want that Cinema Rig Build (but my wife would kill me if I bought it lol) Seriously, she doesn't like that I put "so many things on the camera" but the difference is that she only takes pictures, once you enter to the world of video you see the need for all that Right now I'm putting together one with Smallrig and NICEYRIG just because the budget isn't enough for more, but someday when I grow up I'll have one like yours greetings from El Salvador
Glad you like the rig! It's definitely pricey but worth it. Gotta start somewhere though. I started with smallrig and it works for awhile but once you can afford it, grab some wooden gear!
Hi Jeremy, thank you for sharing this video, appreciated. I am also looking into investing on Wooden Camera baseplate, their follow focus system and the the Matt box UMB1 pro for my Komodo X. Their gear seem to be the best. have one question though, what 15mm seize rods are you using there, they don't seem to be the 12 length, as well, are they from Wooden Camera or another brand? Thank you.

Glad I could help!
It's definitely a great system even with how expensive. It's really thoughout!

Hi Jeremy, does the Wooden camera cage allow enough clearance for the DMW-XLR1 if the hot shoe is not secured to the cage?
