Another productive week, another vlog 🧸 How have you been? I'm so happy to finally be on holiday, I can't wait to spend my days knitting, cooking at home and coming up with new things to do! This week, we reached 20k subscribers and I can't express my gratitude to you enough 😭💗 These past few months have been surreal and I can't believe I've found a comfort place with you guys here. Thank you so much for all your support and sweet comments 🥰
Ciabatta recipe:
220 g bread flour
3 g dry yeast/instant yeast
4 g salt
150 ml warm water
20 ml olive oil
Mix all the ingredients together, no need to knead the dough. Cover and let the dough rest in a warm place for 30 mins and then gently fold the edges of the dough. Let rest for another 30 mins and repeat the folding of the dough.
Start forming the dough into the shape you want with a generous amount of flour. Let the dough rest for another 10-15 mins while the oven's heating up (200 degrees Celsius). Bake the bread in the oven for 15-20 mins until golden.
