Yes! I have already had a few situations where I wish I had it. The decimator is great for that but definitely compresses the image so it’s not ideal for matching exposures & color between your shots.
My megamon does not accept 4k signal so its showing flickering lines. Osee said its because the monitor does not do 4k signal input. But how are you all using it with your cameras without getting artifacts? Im using the s5iix
I just change my cameras output settings to 1080. I’m not familiar with the menu options in the S5ii but I’d imagine you can do the same. The other option is to get a conversion box like a Blackmagic updowncross or a decimator which will convert your 4k signal down to 1080. Hope that helps!
