Totally amazing show. In my county in norther CA near the Sierra Nevada mountains ALL fireworks are illegal because of causing forest fires. Some idiots do them anyway and I am dreading tonite. Only 7 pm now. They even shoot off guns, also illegal. There's no explaining peoples mentality when it comes to safety. Whomever put this together and orchestrated it did an awesome job. Thanks for the show Ken.

Nice. This looks a lot like the Ford International Fireworks over the Detroit River I recorded from Windsor in 1080p. They had 3 barges on the river along with the downtown Detroit skyline that looks very similar to that.
You found a great spot to capture the fireworks, and it was also cool to see the Empire State Building for a bit! 🎆😍 You did a fabulous job recording, and thank you so much for sharing this spectacular fireworks show from 2021, AK! 🤗 Have a Happy and Safe July 4th to All who observes! 😎
60,000 fireworks set off non-stop in groups of 4 to 20 at a time for 25 minutes & it created massive smoke clouds. What, 20,000 wouldn't have been enough?? The sponsors could have had an excellent 25 minute display with far fewer fireworks & donated the extra $$ to food banks in NYC. Seriously.

I don't know what was more epic the fireworks or the lingering smoke that blotted out the sky for hours all around the city.
