  • At 34 years old in 1973 Ron Brown was diagnosed with an irregular heart rate and was fitted with a pacemaker. More than 40 years later Ron reflects on the pacemakers that have given him a better quality of life for more than half his life.

    A very enriching testimony.I had an implant 2 weeks ago and was in search of knowledge.Wish you many more years of normal life n blessings.

    My grandfather received a pacemaker in the mid-70s, after a heart attack. It was large, the size and shape of a pack of cigarettes. I remember seeing the outline of it under his skin. His final pacemaker was barely noticeable.

    Fine guy and good story for me recieving a PM next week. But sad someone tried to ruin the speech of this important video with worthless disturbing overdubbing noise.
