actually everything started from Shaulyay, in 1986..then same year was first Popuga 86 in Palanga...try to look for some information within your country typing the name Gediminas Mondeika since he was involved in organisation of break dance festivals
Anyone knows any history about this? Was it the first such event? Was it the only such event?:) I never knew there was such stuff in Lithuania... at 1987!!!
