These dudes are so happy and friendly they could be working in a teddy bear factory! Knife people are just awesome! Thanks for making the trip and the video nutn!
I never realized that SOG was so close to where I live. I visited their factory store, yesterday. They are still honoring the TNP discount. I am real happy with the BadAxe Base Camp Axe, good price. Great price with TNP discount. Thanks for your videos, nutnfancy. They are much appreciated.
not a big SOG fan but ive gained alot of respect from this video and the one with spencer. keep doin manufacturer vids nutn it helps get fans to understand their philosophy and love for the blades
I am so glad to hear SOG is approaching the hunting market by going to the hunting market for ideas from the hunting market. That woodline is a nice looking blade but when I can I will give their new blades a shot!
This double owl loved this review. We get a chance to view the inside of a blade company that we love. Its nice to see how a first class operation runs. Thanks again nutn.
Been a SOG fan for a long time. Just found out a year or so ago a childhood friend of mine and dirt bike rider designed the Sog Revolver what a small world.
Got a crkt foresight for myself around christmas last year, then I got a sog aegis as a gift. Nine times out of ten you'll fine me with the Aegis in my pocket. Love this knife. SOG does such a fantastic job.
Aloha. This video musta been sitting collecting dust for quite some time. I bought one of the SOG BladeLights over a year ago, at a truck stop gift shop in Kingman, Arizona. LOVE IT! The sheath is kick-ass, comes with a pouch for extra batteries, light works great in and out of the sheath. I added a sharpening tool in a pouch to the sheath. One thing I love is, being able to reach down, push the button and get light while in the sheath, and basically show & tell, "I am armed, don't tread"
Love your knife reviews, especially SOG. Finally have a quality knife (Flash I) and didn't have to mortgage my house for it. Keep up the great work...my favorite channel.
Hey Nutn, I like these knife company visits, I like seeing this side of the industry and the folks behind the knives we love. The off-the-cuff style is fun to watch as well!
I went the SOG store in Lynnwood and the staff was great. I picked up the Flashback and had to have it. I got the black tanto version, the saleswoman took it off of the marketing wall because she didn't have any in the showcase. Great staff big thumbs up! Waiting on my huntspoint skinner in the mail. Thanks Nutn!
What a great video to watch while eating dinner... And with an Aegis clipped to my pocket. Also glad to see we're not the only ones with knives scattered about! Go Nutn!
I did not know SOG was a washington company! I always rolled with Benchmade and Gerber since I live in Vancouver Washington and both of those are made just right across the river...
Have had a SOG multitool for 2 years now and I use it everyday, btw on my third plier head and fifth blade and SOG always sends me a new one for like 13.00 dollars and they pay the shipping, Leatherman never made it past six months for me. Keep up the cool Vids makes my night after a long day.
bought 2 flashbacks after your vid. hair cutting sharp out of the box and really solid. downside is that the blade release is damn hard to actuate for both of them - really have to force that knob back to get the blade back down.
Love my SOG Seal Pup. Amazing camping knife. I wish it was available is something harder than AUS8. Love my Aegis too but it's lightweight is balanced with it's solidness - there's some side to side sway. love the blade cuts for each knife - well thought out for what each of them is meant to be.
Great vid. I have edc'd the sog flash 2 plain edge since 2007, (I hadn't even heard of the term edc then!) durable quality product, living in the UK, one needs to be discreet (ridiculous laws!) the sog deep carry pocket clip makes the knife virtually invisible when worn in the waist band. Light, fast and durable. I hope to see the flashback and other variants using the coil spring mechanism, in the UK soon. Keep up the good work Nutn, I've been very happy with the gear recommendations, Cheers!
I would love to see that classic SOG come back!, Unfortunately it was discontinued before I had a chance to get one ( im only 23 ). I really wish they would take a page from Buck, and start offering "trim levels", so we had an option of getting AUS-8, or a higher end steel like some 154CM, S30V.....something!. I have had 3 different Flash 2's, and keep getting rid of them, because the lack of edge retention is annoying
Hey Nutn, I just bought my flashback the other day. Thanks for the free shipping man! You rock! I also live in Washington I had NO idea that SOG was based here.
Awww man next time you come up to the Seattle area it would be cool to have a TNP meet up! And I didn't see any discount code, and I made sure I have annotations on.
I just bought my first "real" knife, a SOG Seal Team Elite, as my camping/survival knife. I've been surprised to hear few comments on it from the TNP crowd. Did I "done good"? I was under the impression this was one of their signature knives. That not the case? Thanks!
Picked up a Huntspoint in S30v wood after finding about about them in this vid. I think it'll serve me well on upcoming hunting trips. Thanks for the intel Nutn!
I can definitely vouch for the Multi-tools. I have a powerlock that I carry everywhere, everyday and its bad ass. I would like a different sheath than what it comes with but it works.
my issue with SOG Flash1 is the clip bent the very first time i caught a chair....I didnt have mine a week and its been bent ever since. Very surprised that this blade ..my first SOG makes me question the durability of a SOG.
Dude, Nutn, love the vids about all the blades, especially the ones involving the guys and gals who know the most about em... What happened to the SHOT Show Reviews with "KnifeJen"?
hi nutnfancy cool tour. i did not realise that SOG was near where i live (seattle WA) on a side note have you seen any tungsten carbide knives. or does tungsten carbide even work as a knife?
Love my mutli tool, had it for almost 15 years. Sog guys plz fix the folding tools covers they fall off. Black aegis edc'ed for the last 2 years and I love the clip
Nutn, Tell SOG to offer a step up in steel for there knives. I'd pay 20% more for a better/cooler steel above the AUS8. Thanks for all the vids, and keep the knife review and backpacking trips coming!
These dudes are so happy and friendly they could be working in a teddy bear factory! Knife people are just awesome! Thanks for making the trip and the video nutn!

Great bunch of people at SOG. Really nice tour.

Got the SOG fast hawk ... fun to play with and at walmart for $20... great to have fun and throw against some logs
Love your knife reviews, especially SOG. Finally have a quality knife (Flash I) and didn't have to mortgage my house for it. Keep up the great work...my favorite channel.
Love that it's people assembled and quality controlled instead of machines. SOG gained some props from me there.
Hey Nutn, I like these knife company visits, I like seeing this side of the industry and the folks behind the knives we love. The off-the-cuff style is fun to watch as well!
I love these interview vids with vendors. Cool guys behind the scene.
I met Chris at OR Show this summer. Great guy.
Wow I really love both of the SOG videos. Some of the coolest stuff I've seen on youtube.
Great video. Really liking that Flashback now...
I would love to see that sog knife brought back!
What a great video to watch while eating dinner... And with an Aegis clipped to my pocket. Also glad to see we're not the only ones with knives scattered about! Go Nutn!
I honestly love the lrg. Woodline that Nutn sent me. It really is a great skinning & debone'n knife. Love that blade! Mikey
I did not know SOG was a washington company! I always rolled with Benchmade and Gerber since I live in Vancouver Washington and both of those are made just right across the river...
Love SOG's products. Just bought one of the Vulcan Fixed blades from Blade HQ.For some reason SOG's website only shows the vulcan folders.
Love SOG. Lost my much loved flash 1 camping with the scouts last week :( Running my mini agies for now as a replacement.
Love the behind the scenes stuff.
I've always been a Leatherman Charge guy but after seeing the quarter get cut, I'm gettin one if those!
Awesome vid Nutn! loving the project and the energy!
i was just there yesterday lol. they have the best customer support ever!!

If I know you were in town, I would have come by to say hello! I live 1 mile away from SOG!
i like the stop by in person discount! i work 2 blocks away from there, want that new flashback!
Yes, bring back the Air SOG! I loved mine, now, sadly, gone.
Great vid, Nutn! Thanks for the hard work.
One of my favorites love that slimjim
Another outstanding video. Don't stop Nutn, you're on a roll. By the way, I'm lovin' the Flashback.
I love these factory visit vids. I think the first one I saw was the Silencerco one.

Thanks or the vids! Keep up the good work, appreciate it!
Cool. Thanks for sharing. After watching your review last week, I got a black coated plain Flashback coming in the mail from Cutlery Shoppe!
It's bad when I check my phone 20 times a day to see if You posted a vid. 2 in one day is outstanding
This was cool.
I like the hands on assembly
That "Slim Jim" would be a great first aid kit blade.
2 videos in a day?!? This is shaping up to be a great week! I was having Nutnfancy withdrawal symptoms!
Hey Nutn, I just bought my flashback the other day. Thanks for the free shipping man! You rock! I also live in Washington I had NO idea that SOG was based here.
I have some old SOGs and they are sick but things like this SOG lite make me sad
The new updated Air SOG would be a great idea!
Love this stuff Nutn! Thanks!
Love the sog powerassist. Only MT with not 1, but 2 spring assisted blades
SOG makes great knives! I love mine.
great guys and great video. thanks nutn
Awesome video!
I live in kitsap but I work in Lynwood sometimes. If I knew Nutn was in town I would have stopped by to say hi.
Yeah, have to agree the Huntspoint is a good looking blade!
The light knife, maybe use it as a food prep blade for night time cooking while camping?
Just a thought.
I'm up in Bellingham, so I'll be sure to stop by next time I'm near there :-)
Awww man next time you come up to the Seattle area it would be cool to have a TNP meet up!
And I didn't see any discount code, and I made sure I have annotations on.
I hear ya.. I am in Bellevue.. A meet up or something would have been badass!
I just bought my first "real" knife, a SOG Seal Team Elite, as my camping/survival knife. I've been surprised to hear few comments on it from the TNP crowd. Did I "done good"? I was under the impression this was one of their signature knives. That not the case? Thanks!
Can't wait to get a flashback!
You should ask them why they discontinued the gov-tac. I love that blade!
Picked up a Huntspoint in S30v wood after finding about about them in this vid. I think it'll serve me well on upcoming hunting trips. Thanks for the intel Nutn!
Nutn...you need to have the next Meet'N'Greet up here in the Pacific Northwest. While here invite the fellas from SOG...
Haha I was literary sharpening my sog tomahawk while I clicked on your video
I live 20 minutes away and had no idea. I will visit the store. Do they have a target range for throwing knives? Lol.
Shoot, you were just up in Lynnwood? Man that's like 10 minutes from me!

SOG, Trident..... had it for 5 years now, I've beat the hell out it, absolutely love it. How I discovered Nut'n too.
I'm rewatching this and man I want the flashback but I live in PA... not so friendly to knives here.
Freaking awesome video bro!!!
That fishing reel knife is gimmicky but actually really cool and unique. Looks like it would be fun to play around with.
Bugget's personal review of the SOG Multitool please
I just got the twitch 2 wood, and absolutely love it.
Very cool video,thx!
Dude, Nutn, love the vids about all the blades, especially the ones involving the guys and gals who know the most about em... What happened to the SHOT Show Reviews with "KnifeJen"?

Black aegis edc'ed for the last 2 years and I love the clip
Great video Nutn!
My home city. Sorry I missed meeting Nutn in Lynnwood.
Hey you were up in my neck of the woods.I live not to far south from there
This video gave me an idea. SOG should make a key with the driver for their pivot screw.
Nutn, Tell SOG to offer a step up in steel for there knives. I'd pay 20% more for a better/cooler steel above the AUS8. Thanks for all the vids, and keep the knife review and backpacking trips coming!
Score! Looks like I am dropping by SOG HQ for a good deal next week :)
I live in Washington! Love your vids Nutnfancy!
Nutn, if you ever come through Portland, OR or Gresham, OR I'd love to meet up with you xD
