As a pianist, I can only say that I’m impressed. This piece is actually Intended for the piano to play WITH the orchestra, and sometimes played with two pianos, with one being the accompanist(playing the orchestration). The fact he flawlessly brought out this piece in its entirety in ONE piano is insane. Bravo.

Hi, I just used the Henle Urtext two pianos reduction, and played the second piano part when the solo was not playing anything. I don't think I made any changes or special arrangements

Good job! I think that if you use a little less pedal it would sound even better!
edit: By the way, what edition are you using?

How long have you been playing the piano? And how long took it you to learn the Chopin conerto? Nice stuff :)

Hi, I started playing the piano around 20 years ago... stopped for a bit around 6 years ago and picked it up again the last 2 or 3 years (but don't have a teacher). I think it took me about 2 months ish between starting to learn the concerto and recording/posting it. Thank you!

Bravo. I am also self-learning this piece. How long for you to get in this level?

Thank you. I've been playing piano since young, took lessons for like 10+ years and now I'm just playing casually, when I have spare time.

Hello! How did you practice this part? Can I ask? 😅 1:11

Hey, I learnt it by just starting out slow and slowly increasing the speed, making sure that your 3rd, 4th and 5th fingers can move independently of your thumb and index fingers
