I worked at Nobu for few years,even stayed at sunny side bfore purchasing my own plc.I noticed very strongly that lots of Tibetan especially from Shichak spend way to much money on Houses in Shichak if that’s the case than the American dream may hv to b postponed by many years.Till than the increase in ur salary will not b able to catch up with the increase of House Price n rising interest Rates.American dream should also b supported by family bk home in India.Unfortunately Tibetan in Tibet settlement fail to understand.eg Abu Karmas sister may never afford a House in NY because she dosnt get enough support from her family bk home in India.
