if i correctly undestand what coach Kim says, the archer shouldpush forward his bow part shoulderb in a way that arm hasn't got more room to push forward. But what is the right step in the shot cycle to do this?

I am no expert by any means.
But from my understanding its so that you don't colapse / creep inward whilst in anchoring position.
To stretch out as much with your bow hand and your release hand moving backwards all the time that way you create the longest possible point in your shot. Making it easier to control you pulling the arrow through the clicker and not colapse after/during release.
So its not realy pushing and pushing but keeping the tension of pushing into your bow arm.
You'll find out if done correctle the side to side movement of your bow hand will also reduce.
