They can be a real pain to rig but you made it look easy there. I tend to superglue the body to the head after rigging for 2 reasons- the body will last 10 times longer and if a fish nips at the lure but doesn't hook up, the body won't pull off the hook holder and spoil the presentation so the fish is more likely to come back for a 2nd go

Great vid... I’ve loads of these ... all the bits but never put one together yet... thanks for this it’ll make it easy.... I’ll be trying over the bank holiday! B

Sorry Matt. Was really enjoying your live last night when my daughter rang. Looked to watch tonight, but can't find it. Am I doing something wrong? I'm computer illiterate. Cheers. Enjoying catching up on some of your old stuff. 👍👌. Stay safe. 😷
Hi Ian , yes many apologies had a few tech issues so it wasn’t uploaded. Your not doing anything wrong, will try again next month and will give you some more notice , thanks again for watching
Thanks yea I kind of resent supergluing as I’ve already bought a lure I do t want to redux it ! But yes worth carrying some , I do have the advantage of editing but the key is getting that tail on accurately
Great video as always, very informative. Just one bit of constructive criticism if that's OK? If music is absolutely necessary best to 'duck' it when speaking. Premiere Pro can be set up to do this - recognising when there's a voice and 'ducking' the music by keyframes so it's not competing with the talking.

Thanks slippery olympics , these are good tips! Wrasse are a problem with the tail nipping , not that we see many here though.
I have just stumbled upon your channel and slowly working through the videos, what a great resource of info,
Nice one ! Welcome Sir , thanks for saying hello. Appreciate the message.

Thanks a lot. Just got some 25gs delivered this morning. Love to see a vid on how to use them well on beaches/estuarys. Love the channel.
Yes I’m working on it,
Morning Matt! Very useful info for anybody (like me!) who hasn't had much dealings with similar lures! Thanks Matt. Stay safe & well. 👍👍
Hiya Dave, I was hoping you’d spot this video! There are a few lures that use this system also , hope your ok mate and back on the water soon
That was nicely presented well done mate 👍

You and me both! Glad it helps

Bought one this week can't wait to try it
What size did you go for
140mm 53g
Thanks Matt, so good to know. Catch you later
Great thanks Stephen
Thanks. I caught my first bass last year on a 120mm 25g Fiiish Black Minnow. The bass destroyed the tail section!! I superglue them.
Some of mine are more superglue than tail ! Good one 😀
Merci!
Really good tip, i have a few in my box and had no clew how to use them!!!
Get them out there ! Hope this helps
Some size of a lure.. Hopefully you get a beast with it..
Nice informative video.
Looking to give this a go this year when things get sorted, so thanks for sharing. 👍👏👌

Thanks Ian , I know I keep saying it but not long now...

Thanks for that, we use final cut and set the levels from compound clips. We will get there , small improvements every video so thanks for your input
Love your videos and all the extra production you put in with camera angles.
Thanks , appreciate you noticing.
What size do you use from the shore? 25g seems a bit light to get it out there with even a light breeze
It’s dependent on location but 25g is surprisingly fine for lots of shore lure fishing - a decent rod can punch through the wind
Nice one
Thanks for watching hoiii
Ah look what the BASS dragged in, Black minnow !
Ha ha yep !
You should come and do some serious fishing in western Sahara Morocco. check it out on RUclips.
I will
I use the storm weed less shads find there cheaper and last longer then the fish black minnows
Yes I quite like those and as you say a bit tougher
I think storm weedless are great but mine have started to peel!!
Does thing lure works on trolling?
Yes just get that depth right
Isn't it way too big hook for a bass? But it's look stunning for a lure
No way those bass have gigantic mouths 👄
