Don’t know why people say that super shoes with carbon plates and all are only meant for race day. I think every common average user who jogs or does brisk walks would love these super shoes. I stopped having ankle pains or Achilles tendons issue after I started using these shoes. It’s so damn good. Would recommend everyone to go for these shoes. It’s not just for RACE DAY or for super Marathoners. It’s for EVERYONE who loves jogging or brisk pace walking.
As someone considering his first carbon-plate shoe, knowing nothing about the category, I appreciated this video. Interesting how you pronounce “Adidas” in Australia.
Use sketchers speed elite which is amazing with just the plate in front. Run about 8-10 seconds a km faster. New balance rc elite is excellent as well for full carbon plate.
Hi, I have just did 2 sprint triathlon both race I’m using vaporfly for the run which puts me uncomfortable. So I wonder why, I did a research and I learned that I have flat feet. My question, am I qualified as a flat feet to wear a carbon plated running shoes in races?
Welcome What is the right shoe for a man who walks 4 to 6 miles daily, running at a low to medium speed, knowing that my feet are normal and not flat Thanks
Typically at their best between 0-150 and tap out completely at 300ish you can obviously run more if you want but that’s typically best case mileage window
hi there, heavy (95kg) muscular dude here, running up to 5k and track sprinting. I bought hoka carbon x shoes on the idea that a carbon plate would cope better with my weight and improve shoe durability/stability over time. And indeed, I was pretty satisfied with them (although, I have no experience with other similar shoes). However, after less than 1000km I have already eaten through the front half of the outsole exposing the tip of the carbon plate. Any suggestion to replace them? Thanks
I want to race in 5k and then jump to half and full marathon. But mainly 5k. Im 52 and do a 5K in 2330 so I want to get faster but also just relax and just run a marathon from time to time. I have Rincon's but want to get a carbon plate... Maybe Carbon X or Saucony E Pro?
I want to rob a bank and get away really fast, will you sell me a pair? I can't pay until later next week, but if the shoes are any good, I'll have lots of money to pay for them then.
If you don't allow to everyone buy a carbon shoe so why would anyone will buy it from.yoh that can just go to nike adides brooks asics and just get that shoe

When do you know you are ready for a carbon plated shoe? Honestly I feel like I am not fast enough to wear them lol
Anyone can actually wear carbon! It is just a matter of when you think you need a push during your races
@@Stryker-ye7wn i got the endorphin speed and I keep looking at the pro but I feel like I am not worthy 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@JJCA82 just go for it.
@@JJCA82 honestly I liked the speed better than the pro
Welcome

Great advice 👍
Whats the best carbon fiber shoe for wider feet?
New Balance RC Elite 2 for a wider forefoot area.
I saw Feeture socks!!
I have 2 types of stability shoes that I'm using. Are there carbon plates shoes for a runner with over-pronation?
There is not. I would say Adidas adios pro has a lot of stability features and so does the alpha fly but they are by no means stability shoes.
How long do these carbon race shoes midsole & outsole generally last? Less than 300km?

?? You forget the biggest super shoe next to the Nike, just mention it if you don't have it.
Which watch is he wearing? Thanks in advance
Garmin Fenix 6 - Sapphire. 🤩
I don't know but I'm wearing a Rolex GMT Master 2 aka Batman and I can tell in the movies Batman is pretty quick lololololol Have a great day.

Hey, you're lucky to even have got that out of a carbon shoe. Most running shoes should be changed by 800km, carbon shoes even less!
Great video. As I need support shoes I guess carbon plate shoes are not for me!

If you rob a bank…. I think the last thing you should be worrying about is your cadence, ground contact time, and propulsion through toe off… 😂
🤣🤣🤣
The people enjoying their carbon shoes are trying to discourage you from buying one.
I love how arrogantly assume the runners who run now are the fastest ever, I some how doubt it

Throw them in the garbage and get Altra. 👍😎
