Samsung, you made "Smart" washers and dryers that aren't smart at all.
The controls are limited, connectivity is bad, there are multiple apps from samsung to do it adding to the confusion of customers.
How difficult is it to create a functioning app that works for your expensive washing machines? Why do I need to walk over to my washing machine to start the wash cycle when I already chose on the app which program to use? Im just blown away that Samsung releases these products without testing.
Mine doesn't work.. i get errors saying unable to connect my washer dryer to cloud account which results in error message asset not found and some features are unavailable
I have also been very frustrated trying to connect my brand new Smart Washer and Dryer set to the (iOS) SmartThings app. Based on previous comments, I made sure to disable the VPN connection and ensured there is a 2.4Ghz channel available on the router. In addition, I have 2 house robots by iRobot that immediately connected to the network with no problems at all, and I control those through the app on my phone.

I wish it was true the set up is that easy. My garbage washer and dryer don't connect at all.
App cannot connect washer or dryer to 2.4GHz, as specified in the instructions. I tried resetting the Wi-Fi, cleared the cache and data from the app, uninstalled, and reinstalled; all without resolving the issues.
Have you turn Bluetooth on and Visible it from your smart phone? WIFI router is near your devices?

How do you change the wi fi network? Awful UI
If you have security software or a VPN connection, make sure it's off or disabled when you try and add the washer/dryer for the first time......as soon as I did this BANG connected straight away 😊😎
This is really important as when ST tries to connect to the washer then 4G your VPN may automatically turn on again and the Samsung servers DO NOT LIKE THIS
Note: For Apple there are additional steps!

These videos are pointless their all the same and don’t ever show a solution to the problem I’m having my washer or dryer just shows :- no AP not one video on how to fix that or anything other issue show the issue and show how to fix that issue please
