Can it do that sweeping delay that the M95 Primetime II could do? I never owned the original model, but I used the M95 on every record I mixed, on the background vocal submix. That slow shifting gave it the "digital air" sound I needed.

Y'all sure know how to make a musical engine. Your suite is a total bread and butter package for mixing, as the whole world knows now. The only question is, what's next??
It is a shame that you can not control the delay time correctly in beat mode (when using MIDI mapping). Using a mouse, it jumps 1/8, 1/4, etc... but when you automate through a midi knob - this does not work as it starts giving you too many incremental values (which gets you off the beat grid). So I was thinking to use it in live performance... but it is unusable before they fix this bug.
That sucks. Maybe you could try and adjust the incrementation on the MIDI CC. I don't know what DAW you are using, in Ableton you can do this with MAX and in FL Studio you can use Mapping Formulas. It doesn't fix the issue of the plugin but it's a workaround.

So the question was are these videos to over the top ? Short answer is yes. Soundtoys is one of the best products in the Audio world. The only reason I watch these videos is because I already own them. The host actually gives solid information and you actually learn something. But, his performance makes them “feel “ like a joke. Soundtoys products are anything but a joke. A bit less sizzle and a little more meat will go a long way.

This is one of the best plugin demonstration videos I have ever seen. I just happily spent $400 on Soundtoys plugins. Mighty fine.

I watched this delay to find out where the Tempo Sync switch is and how it works. It wasn't even mentioned.
Sorry it got by you. Perhaps it was the terminology. At 1:36 or so it mentions switching to Beats Mode and locking to tempo. Hope that helps.
