I always loved that intro music where Bob Coburn introduced himself. I used to listen to every one of these Rockline interviews back then. Made radio much more exciting, too.
History right here! I love going back n listening to these old interviews rock stars i grew up with done, their awesome! RIP Bob Coburn you'll b missed !!!
when you listen to Steve you would never ever in a million years think he was a severely depressed heartbroken alcoholic. His father is a POS. The great Ross Halfin who took THE most pictures of this genius still today hates Steve's father with a burning fury. All Steve wanted to do was please his Dad, get his love and support, but his father was always tearing him down. Steven Maynard "The Riffmaster" Clark had it all, he was THE lyrical and musical genius of Leppard and has allowed them to tour off his incalculable legacy. These are extremely rare interviews of Steve, who was extremely private even with the promo work needed.
@@bellau66 indeed a shame. Steve was such a great soul and extremely talented. After Steve left a rehab back at his hometown area, his dad took Steve to a pup a couple days later. Seems his family could of done more. tears
You are so right. There are some interviews that are very hard to find, that are directly from Steve's mouth or Ross Halfin's mouth. Those interviews are extremely sad.
I love Steve's voice.😙
Me too
Pure magic I love this band so much

Similar hair too! But savs is longer
I loved the radio days..interviews and such..good memories!
Red jackets, blound hair, blue eyes, white skin...beautifull Angel! S. M. C. 💕🎸🌷 😇
Man, I miss the 80s
I used to record this program on a memorex tape.....when radio was awesome
Top of their game during this time.
Nope. They were at the top of their game during High N Dry.

R.I.P. BOB COBURN
wow, this brings back memories, so cool!
RIP Bob Coburn
Looking back now at the history of hard rock and roll, Ray at 16:50 hits it right. Nobody believed him here.
This record is clear and sounds like it was today😮
Great upload thanks for sharing!
Their accents are sexy. And attractive to.
I'm in a time warp.
Haha me too!! It's like I'm "stuck" in a 80's time warp! I luv it lol.
It sounds so stupid when somebody ask them a question and then whichever one respond says their name this is Joe this is Sav…..that sounds so stupid.
Not to those of us who aren't familiar with their individual voices
They said their names cuz it's on radio. If it had been a televised interview, it would not have been necessary.
: )
I love me some Joe Elliott!
At 17:13 that is SO true!
Hysteria was their last good album then they sucked
