Everyone loves this lemon roasted greek potatoes recipe. It is easy and delicious. And you can serve this roasted potatoes with anything you like.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 lemon ( juice and zest)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 30 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
-500 ml water
- rosemary
- 1/4 sweet paprika
- salt and pepper

I enjoyed this recipe. But I have questions. Is the water suppose to evaporate in the oven? Because I still had a lot of water still in the pan after 40 minutes.

I like the addition of mustard and garlic as well as the lemon being added the last 5 minutes. This recipe looks better than most Greek potatoes. I will do this soon.
