I think the Caddy wins this if only because of the potential collector status. I have no doubt that in the right hands, it will be quicker on any track. However for most, the M3 Comp is going to be the easier drive.
Sound, looks, cost savings and people are more inclined to keep it long term. It will be a collectors car and like all Special Cadillacs the value will increase over time. BMW not so much. Nobody is keeping the M5 once the powertrain warranty expires. Plus the Cadillac is rare on the road plus less made per year. Seems like every 21 year old from California to Florida has started a RUclips channel titled “Buying my dream car at 21 years old 😂 featuring a soon to be clapped out M3/M4
No one is buying these cars for cost savings. You’re looking at the wrong cars. No one here will be alive to see this Cadillac appreciate in value. Low sales is the same as exclusivity. So that rare argument is nonsense. It’s not BMWs fault their cars sell.
@@MercOne Hmmmmm I’m 35 and traded in a 2022 BMW for 2024 Cadillac Blackwing last month trust me cost matters and I’m sure I’ll be alive to see the EV’s continue to take over while performance gas engine values continue to rise
@@supersportlt1Cost does not matter to everyone. That is your circumstance. Someone who can afford an M5 is not pinching pennies. A blanket statement about EVs doesn’t mean anything man regarding this specific car.
First... thanks for this comparison! Both are on my radar. Truthfully my dream car would be the M3 Touring if it comes to North America. This really seems like a toss up. I really should Turo or test drive both. I have an AWD car that's not going anywhere, GR Corolla Thanks again 🎉
Like I said in the video the 2025 has the few updates. But this is what I had to work with. Pretty hard already to have a 2025 M3 Comp alongside a current gen CT5 BW as it is
@@BrosFOURRSpeedthose few updates are huge, especially the interior. The exterior updates also look great, making an already great looking vehicle, look even greater
It’s about that all wheel drive. Both amazing vehicles, but I’ll take the M3 Competition with the carbon ceramic brakes.
Great options!
I currently have a used 22’ M3 comp xdrive. I traded in my ZL1 for the M3. If I could have found a used blackwing in my price range it’s what I’d have
Can't go wrong with either!

I don’t see the CT5 being a “collector” car. Both are great options though and the BMw holds value better.
@@BrosFOURRSpeed I can see the manual being sought after.
Cadillac all the way
Why!?

The M5 touring is coming soon! Not sure on the M3, but definitely drive them to see what you think!
Throwing running cost aside, I'd take a manual CT5 BW! Such a great option with excellent looks! M3 competition is incredible tho😅
Bmw interior quality is definitely better
Yeah it feels a bit nicer. But the new 2025 CT5 is pretty sweet
Cadillac with a clutch
Awesome to see a modern car with a manual and big V8!
BMW is the best choice for me🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Should have used a 2025 ct5

U cute💕🎈🔥❤️🥰😘
Thank you.
This is a good channel but in my opinion, i want to driving part to be longer. I already know about the features and driverrains of each car.
I mentioned to check out the full reviews for more driving impressions!
Good luck trying to get to 60 in 3 seconds with the rear wheel drive caddy. 3.6 to 4 seconds. Just won't hook up. Contrary the M3 does it in 3 flat
Just going off what Cadillac states, depends on driver, tarmac and tires..
Lots of sources show 2.8 for the bmw with awd..
I’ve seen 10 second 1/4 miles in the M3 Competition
Cadillac...
Why?
More bang for ur buck & that marvelous small block V8.
Midsize Sedan Comparison
Which would you pick?
The BMW is just so damn ugly! It has been downhill for their designs since the 2010s.
I like it much better than the previous generation!
I think it looks good
