Today I’m making incredible croutons in caramel. This dessert is not for the faint of heart - crunchy, sweet and incredibly delicious! 😋 Bliss for those with a sweet tooth. They are prepared quickly, simply from a loaf or buns that are left over. Bon appetit.

For caramel:
Sugar 200g.
Vanillin 2 sachets
Milk 100ml.
Water 100ml.
Butter 50-60g.
Honey 1 tbsp.
