HI GRAMPA We missed you! God Bless, Let the boys do more work and you just watch, Get yourself an Easy Chair and have Mama Bring you a drink with an Umbrella, and tell her to keep it filled with plenty of reserves, and tell them the right WAY!
i love watching your whole family work for a living. I'm filling my greenhouses up, but work by myself, unfortunately my family doesn't care about growing food. Moving further away from growing in fields and now focusing on hydroponics and mycology, having factory style production instead of field reduces my labor demands and takes out a lot of the variables with soil fertility, weather and land leases, but I do I ever miss working large fields, and appreciate you giving a tour of your lifestyle!
Discovered your videos a few months ago. Have started going back to your very beginning and watching every video. Amazing how your video sharing talents have improved so much, and the things you share now like "what we're having for lunch" are a great curve to the videos getting better and better. Great job!
I don't watch to many vlogs but the veggie boys is my favorite love how the entire family is so supportive of you for doing this to show the entire world about farming and daily life on the farm
You guys sure do quite a few different things at your place chickens, cows, vegetables, plants, Farm market. Your father sure knows how to keep everyone busy n. Gets it all done with family.Something I have always wanted to do.
I love that you show how tough seedlings can be if grown properly. Gardeners can be a little precious about treating their seedlings like fragile little babies, when in reality, they’re pretty tough! They can take transplanting with gusto!
I finally finished planting my potatoes, today- Trying the Eva's, Andrew🤞😂 I had some left over tomatoes and got almost all of them planted. Peppers are finally in the ground as well- I'm so behind 🤨😂 I thought I was done and then remembered I didn't plant bush beans..so, back at it.
I'm jealous, lol. It's too early here still where I'm at and I'm getting way too antsy to plant. I've a mini garden going on inside my study as I keep planting more things hoping it's not going to be a late last frost.
@@h.s.6269 it will show up faster than you think. Here in Florida, we do get excited to plant early. But, we have already had some days close to 90...each has its drawbacks.

Our cold crop season is coming to an end, the farmers here are starting to plant hot weather crops, melons, corn is up, peppers is what we saw yesterday.
Good evening Guys and girls, I really hope all farmers do very well. A lot of people don't take the world seriously. Thank you people for taking the time to video
Here's an idea if you find it convenient. Keep one or two pots of each flower at a place so we can see how they might be doing in people's homes , after they are sold and gone?
I'm jealous of your low of 55. We had snow here in Michigan today and the high for the next two days is 26 and 28 with lows of 12 and 11. We aren't even going to see a high of 55 until the 2nd week of April at the soonest.

To the veggie boys and girls Daniel if you call yourself a machine you've been nothing more than plastic and metal lights and batten a power cord or maybe a solar panel you're the most funniest veggie boy I've ever known you give me full of giggle sometimes Daniel. 😂🤫. PS. And Kelly Rose has sure has grown up 👶 and one happy little baby girl 😂🤭.
Since extra dirt was purchased prior to the regularly scheduled dirt shipment, is there going to be surplus soil following planting? Would it be fiscally/space availability responsible to go ahead and order/receive the dirt to have on hand for 2023 planting?
That is not dirt, its calles peat moss.. and there is short supply because the cannabis industry and now legal hemp uses huge amounts and a lot toss it after one use, which is why coco coir is being used now commercially for houseplants.. i use both on small and grow ops that use more than this large op (promix hp and promix hpcc especially)
It's just so amazing to watch your farm at work. I know you have videos from years previous but to watch in real time is soooo cool!!! Callie is so beautiful and she is very lucky to have such a large loving family all around her ❤️
Send two pretty pink mandevilla my way please! Couldn’t find any last year except one in an 8” pot and they wanted $50 for it. It was barely 8” tall. I passed. By the end of my season that one would be barely up my trellis and then I’d have to remove it. 🤦♀️
Another great video guys and girls as many pots that you plant I would run from the greenhouse screaming here in Alabama I’ve bought my tomatoes plants 🪴 only 6 of them it’s still a little early to plant but I’m transplanting to bigger pots when are y’all going to start turning the fields for planting

Anxiously awaiting the warm season crops! I figure if I plant when yall do it will be good timing. We are a warmer zone but not much warmer. Lettuce, kale broc, cabbage and cauliflower starts are coming nicely. Miraculously we had spinach and kale survive the snow and freezes outside.
I have a question. What percentage of germination do you guts have when your planning all those seeds? Do you keep track so say one type doesn't do well you know? You got your bag stitcher fixed!
With everything that's happening in this world right now, are you guys planning to increase the amount of any crops or starts you are planting this year as it seems so many more people have taken up canning and preserving food? I really admire how you all work as a family. This is how we all should be living.

@@dertythegrower We may not have a fertilizer shortage in the USA as of yet, but the price has increased exponentially! And your response had nothing to do with what I had asked from the Veggie Boys (and girls). Not everyone has the space or green thumb enough to be self sufficient and to be able to grow their own food. I live on a typical city lot and only have a 6' x 10' space for gardening. I said NOTHING about food or fertilizer shortages because I choose not to bring politics into this family oriented wholesome positive upbeat channel.

So hard trying to best guess when the overnight frosts will stop. All the plants that do not mind such as raspberries, strawberries, blackcurrants are looking very good.
