CORRECTION: Radiant Charizard didn’t knock me out because its attack does 250 and not 260. It had nothing to do with the crystal like I said in the video 🤦♂️
May favorite card so far is Crispin. That supporter is single-handedly keeping this entire set alive. I cannot understate how useful Crispin has been in various Stellar Crown decks that I have been trialing.
Crispin is really heat. I pulled two art rare Crispins (edit: In paper from one booster display box) and I can say, that boi COOKING if your deck isn't strictly mono type and of course given that you want to turbo in the first place
So my favorite card is looking to be Lapras ex because I’m a Gen 1 fan. Not to say the others are bad necessarily. But on the note thank you for sharing these videos they are very productive to my learning of the game and how to grow my strategies.
Alternatively, combine this with Regigigas and friends for a wild ride. It probably isn't very good but at least I can finally do something with Regigigas.
Pretty insane being able to get like 4 item locks off in a row. Almost feel like this should have a qualifier you can't use it twice in a row or something. But maybe it's not good enough with that stipulation.
@@Lemon_Sage9999 yeah I know :) I was just commenting on my opinion on item lock in general not gavantulas specifically. Gavantuala is actually one of the better balanced ones imo. But what do I know
This card takes too much ti combo the lock every turn and lacks damage. Ill give this list a tey but ive tried about 5 different builds of this and they're all clunky. At most. TeChing in raikou or iron hands for some pressure after locking or before locking is also not a bad idea
Is this more consistent than LDFs build or popsicle knights? I’m trying to make this my main deck because I love item lock and the challenge of getting these attacks off but I want it to be as consistent as possible. Kind of leaning towards popsicle knights build because it runs two bibarel. He also runs hyper aroma but I think crystal is better.
Big fan of both but I don’t know what their builds are. Haven’t watched their Galvantula videos yet (but maybe I should now that mine is out). I generally avoid covering builds from other RUclipsrs because there’s no point in watching me retread the exact 60 cards that someone else has covered. Regardless, I always recommend viewers try multiple lists from different sources, figure out what they like, and then fine-tune the list to match their personal preferences and the specific meta they’re playing in. There is no perfect 60 for any deck. Aim for making the perfect 60 for yourself.
@@InThirdPerson perfect! It feels like much worse charizard but is very satisfying:D and my first starter in pokemon games so had to give him a chance!

The crystal only works on a Tera Pokémon tho, so it would be useless on a Radzard anyway?

Thank you Jett, playing with your deck now and it is fun.
I love that Blissey is getting more attention. It’s such a great card.

Rhyperior. Self-made a control / energy removing deck out of it and having fun :)
Fun!
I wonder if adding a couple copies of super rod would help be a little more consistent with energy management

There's a few stage 1 ex and single prize cards that item lock each turn with no restrictions

@@ethancrosby2573 I feel the same. Sparkling crystal + accel each turn rather than bannet ex and venomoth for 1 every turn
Hiw do you change the mat like his

Do Cindarace EX next please! :D
It’s on my list of decks to cover!

My favorite card from this set is terapogos. I like turtles 🐢.
Terapagos is great!
I love playing against annoying draw decks where they have 20-25 cards in their hand and 1-2 prize cards.... they lose their sh*t when I Iono 😂
Or Xerosic's Machinations to make them rage quit 😂
