Dear Alexandra, the BERNINA Embroidery Software ist not a native MAC program. You can use Boot Camp to install Windows and the Embroidery Software on your Apple computer though, see berninaofamerica.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/201680504-Installing-BERNINA-software-on-Apple-products
Hi Carina, it is very difficult to tell without knowing the details (type of machine you used before concerting to PES, type of machine your are using the PES file on, type of fabric etc.). Can you please send a detailed description of your process to youtube@bernina.com, inclduding the embroidery files and pictures?
Dear Ann, thanks for your comment. We use text overlays because it allows viewers to pause the video anytime and/or watch a video at their chosen speed and still read the message. In addition, videos with text inserts are easy to translate (which is important for a global enterprise) and easily understable for the deaf. However, there are many instructional videos that show the use of our embroidery software 8 with voice-over. They have been produced by our US subsidiary. You can find them here: ruclips.net/p/PLfT1DJU1aEloiXEB1KEZPjh22yuJG0IYb Kind regards from Switzerland
the softwares for bernina are compatible with MAC computer?

Select a puffy "typeface". The puffy is the font.
PLEASE could we have instructional verbal support rather than the music.
