My level 30 Twink uses Hoslows whip with cold. This character is going for the hp regeneration and so it has higher than normal endurance to carry the icon shield. I could swap out a talisman and start using hoslows whips but it also weighs an extra pound so I'd have to sacrifice part of the build theme to cary it. + I like using the basic whip at this low level.

Do you ever play with cold hoslows whip or cold thorn whip at this level? Or do you feel it is too much for people too handle?
