Welcome to my channel today we are going to make a very delicious recipe with magic
To make Aloo Matar Sabji Recipe Tawa you require potato ie aloo peel the skin and cut into small pieces and keep in salt water then take peas ie matar wash and keep in water
Now take a pan or kadai add oil to it keep on medium to low flame then add chopped onions to it saute for a while then add ginger garlic paste mix well once the onion gets pinkish in color add chopped tomato mix well add salt to taste then let it get soft after 2-3minutes add corainder powder cummin powder red chilli powder kashmiri red chilli powder and homemade garam masala mix well add chopped potatoes mix well cover the lid for 2minutes after add little hot water mix keep for more 3-4minutes till potato gets soft then add matar ie peas mix well add little water cover the lid for more 4-5minutes its ready garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot its just yummy enjoy with family
