I think that they play multiple rounds. This is only one of them. He just doesn't show the other rounds. In the older videos he showed two or three different rounds, now he only shows one.

I question why the button isn't used more often. In a pure vanilla game, the button gets pressed at least 2 times with a dead body meeting happening another 4-7 times. In balanced modded games there are less reasons to button as there are much more ways to rid a killer. And I miss the episodes where you weren't the imposter and had to fight against the force of evil, even though those tend to get less views on average.
