Thank you for the video! Forgiveness is a big thing. Honestly, we can hold on to things and not even realize it. If we forgive, we grow. Remember, God forgave us of so much more than any wrongdoing someone else could do toward us.
Somehow, this video was recommended to me. But forgiving is my number one hardest to do as a Christian. So maybe I needed to watch this. I've been wronged not only from growing up in schools but also continuously gaslighted by people who I thought were my friends.
Forgiveness is highly divine. It takes the heart of God to grant genuine forgiveness, and that's what Jesus did. May God the Father, through his Spirit, grant us his heart of forgiveness?
Thank you I sometimes forget that I need to actually forgive others instead of just not paying attention what they do/have done 🙏 I pray God blesses you with what you need in Jesus name Amen.

I just wanted to remind you that God loves you ❤ and that what you’re experiencing is normal as we as humans go through intense emotions however we are called to act in faith and love and not feelings! Although it is hard and by no means does that mean be hard on yourself in this journey of healing it does mean we have to acknowledge that Jesus calls us to forgive! + I wanted to add that I’m so proud of you for wanting to change your ways and recognizing that this is no longer something you want to carry forward! 🥰
+ another reminder that I believe helped me gradually improve in grudges is to remember the other persons pain does not take away yours ! I pray that the lord continues to guide you on your journey with sm love, beauty, and health ! :)
Hi this is something I struggle with as well at times. Remember that God doesn’t want you to dwell in those things. Ultimately anger is a spirit so I rebuke it when I feel it and take deep breaths. Immediately surrender those things to Jesus and ask his Holy Spirit to give you the strength to not act on those things if that makes sense.
I also struggle with like negative feelings and thoughts like imagine deep inside you’re wishing someone bad but then ur like blessing them though.😭 It can be a struggle but it’s worth it 🥹 also thanks for replying ☺️
