Love this look on u. I'm getting a cut like this to rid all the damaged hair and grow it out to be freeform locs. Im not prepared for that cut tho cuz my head shape😂😂😂😂

If my barber washed my hair before my big chop, do I still wash it afterwards with my own products?
Yes, I would bc you still have little hairs in your hair and his clippers and brush touched your head, I would wash and put my own styling products on it, then take a nap lol

I've been growing my hair out since this cut I only had my hair cut 3 times before I missed it and was ready to have it grow back lol
I think I was doing this every couple of days, I was working out intensely so I was always sweating and needed to keep my hair clean

Definitely have photos of what you want to show the barber, I did so much research before and found pics of what I wanted and I asked for it to be faded a little on my sides and back

Anastasia C honestly I had no idea at the time it was so damaged from me putting it in slick buns for the past 7 years every day bc I was in the Army but as soon as I got out I did my big chop lol
