Czechia has a Totalization agreement with US, so you should be able to eliminate Self Employment tax as well. Unless I’m mistaken.
Thanks can you recommend a firm? I think the amount as of today (Aug/22) would be closer to $5200 needed in savings. I’ve heard that bank that sounds German and starts with a K is good with foreigners, has no fees, and they speak mostly English.

Unfortunately, none with this business plan :( If you want to get a visa for the Czech Republic, you must have a valid reason to run your business in the Czech Republic. If you can run your business from anywhere in the world, there is no reason for the CZE to grant you a visa.
can one work in another European country with Zivno visa? or is it just for Czech Rep. ???
Well, the visa only allows you to reside in the Czech Republic. You can travel to other Schengen countries for up to 90 days in each 180 days period.
